Captured by photographer Beau Nelson, FGR’s newest unique channels a dynamic fusion of trend and wonder. The pictures function mannequin Kat James in a narrative that revives the electrical allure of the 80s.

Neon Goals

The shoot, infused with 80s makeup, channels the period’s iconic vibrancy with fuchsia and magenta shades, highlighting the mannequin’s options in a neon glow. Impressed by Catherine Deneuve’s mystique in “The Starvation,” Nelson’s photographs mix modern aptitude with retro attract.

The story showcases the work of make-up artist Shoichiro Kashibe and hair stylist Shelli Mosley, who collectively create a daring, unapologetic look that captures the essence of retro glamour.

Stylist Michael Fusco provides a layer of nostalgic futurism to the combo, choosing items from Charles and Ron, Kaftan Studio, and complementing them with putting jewellery from Atra Nova and Melina Maria.

This curated wardrobe of textures and shapes creates a visible symphony, marrying quantity with disco-inspired shine, including a shiny end to the pictures.
