This film isn’t about any historic Civil Conflict, in case you’re considering, “didn’t she already do that?” (Sure, that’s The Beguiled.) THIS movie is about ” a crew of journalists who journey throughout the USA throughout a quickly escalating Second American Civil Conflict, which has engulfed the whole nation,” which actually may probably turn out to be prophetic!!!!! Thrilling. The robe feels mildly like Alice in Wonderland (sans apron) plus Amy March (one in all Kiki’s best performances, and my very own private favourite Amy — no disrespect to FloPugh) and a splash of Wendy Darling. That’s fairly a cocktail of well-known fictional blondes. (I prefer it!)
