Seán McGirr Appointed Creative Director for Alexander McQueen

At the moment, Kering and Alexander McQueen announce the appointment of Seán McGirr as Inventive Director of the Home.

Seán McGirr was beforehand Head of Prepared-to-Put on at JW Anderson. He joined J W Anderson in 2020 to go up the lads’s collections, finally including womenswear to his tasks.

Previous to that, he was Ladies’s Designer for Dries Van Noten in Antwerp. From 2014 to 2018, he was a part of Uniqlo’s artistic workplaces in Tokyo and Paris engaged on the lads’s collections guided by Christophe Lemaire.

He began his profession aiding at Burberry and Vogue Hommes Japan.
